Charlotte 4 Yr Checkup

Charlotte saw the pediatrician for her annual checkup. She got 3 shots and had her hearing and vision tested. Charlotte is 38 inches tall (16th %) and weighs 34 lbs (42nd %). She refused to let the nurse put a band aid on her shots because the band aids were Mickey Mouse and "that's not my favorite show." She can count and write her name, she loves to ride her scooter and play outside at the park, and on the computer, play with dolls, puzzles, coloring, and most of all her big brother Jack. Her favorite show is the Wonder Pets, and her favorite colors are pink, purple and red. Her favorite food is macaroni and cheese (even though she's allergic to milk).
